Refund Policy

All products in our store are made to order through our print partner. Because each item is uniquely produced for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photo evidence of the issue. We will arrange a free reprint or issue a refund.

Lost Packages If your package appears lost, please contact us within 1 week after the estimated delivery window ends (typically 30 days for domestic US orders, 45 days for international orders). We recommend first checking with your local post office, as packages are sometimes held for pickup.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may offer a partial refund or a reprint at your expense. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
